Zanobia Tourism acts as an intermediary between the client and third-party service providers such as hotels, airlines, transport companies, holiday home operators, and other suppliers.
While we carefully select our partners, we do not own, manage, or control these third-party services unless explicitly stated. Accordingly, we are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, service interruptions, delays, cancellations, injuries, losses, or damages caused by third-party providers.
Any special request, including but not limited to early check-in, late check-out, room preference, meal preference, baggage requirements, accessibility support, or other travel preferences, is subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Clients are expected to behave respectfully and in accordance with the rules and regulations of the service providers they use.
Zanobia Tourism reserves the right to refuse service or cancel arrangements, without liability, if a client's conduct is deemed inappropriate, unlawful, abusive, or likely to cause disruption or harm.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zanobia Tourism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of enjoyment, loss of opportunity, loss of profits, missed connections, or business interruption arising from the use of our services or website.
Our liability, where applicable, shall be limited to the amount paid directly to Zanobia Tourism for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Zanobia Tourism shall not be liable for failure, delay, or disruption in performing its obligations where such failure results from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, war, civil unrest, pandemics, strikes, transport disruptions, or other force majeure events.
